Becoming a member is easy. We believe that everyone should sing and let their voices be heard. We encourage you to come see what we are all about.
Who can join?
We are an open/non-auditioned choir. We request that you’re at least high school age or older to participate.
Where are rehearsals held?
Rehearsals are held in the Richmond High School band/choir room located at 35320 Division Rd. Park behind the auditorium and use the back entrance. Once you enter through the double doors, the practice room will be on your left.
What time does it start? How long are rehearsals?
We rehearse on Monday evenings at 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Our Christmas season usually starts on the Monday following Labor Day and runs till the beginning of December. Our Spring season usually starts on the first Monday in February and runs till the beginning of May.
What is the cost to become a member?
Each season we ask members to pay $15 to help cover the cost of new music.
Where do we perform?
Our concerts are held at the Richmond High School Auditorium located at 35320 Division Rd. The Christmas Concerts are typically held on the first Friday & Sunday of December and the Spring Concerts are typically held on the first Friday and Sunday of May or last Friday and Sunday of April. Our concerts are free to the public and no tickets are required to attend. We graciously accept monetary donations to help defray costs for items needed for our choir performances. Additionally, we always have a donation area for concertgoers to donate some non-perishable food items which benefit our local Richmond food pantries. Kindly consider making a donation to support our choir as well as our community.
